With the most recent updates of Android, moving applications to the SD card is no longer supported. You could try installing Apps2SD or similar app; however, my research shows that it may not work. Also, many pre-installed applications cannot be removed (lovingly called bloatware).
There is a workaround which involves "rooting" your tablet. There are certain risks involved in that, for example a voided warranty. You can learn more about your Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 here.
