Help app troubles [vzw]

in my app drawer go launcher ex shows up, yet I have not installed the app.. I cannot go into settings and erase the app because it doesn't even show up in the list of apps..

when I tap on the app it opens and has a link to go download go launcher ex and then just stops itself..

how did the app get there and how can I remove it from my phone?

any help would be appreciated

have you installed any other go apps? like go sms.. go locker.. ect?
if not this is very weird. you could try to factory reset the device.

in the app drawer (assuming you are using stock touchwiz) can you hit menu then uninstall and then the icon for the go launcher.

It'll be in the Google Store under your apps and it'll have the download link even if you uninstalled it. But its not loaded on the phone.
