app trying to mount sd

[Android Question]

I rooted my HTC DNA. I got an app to tweak the cpu and other phone settings. When I reboot it gets stuck at the red eye. This app is trying to mount the sd card on DNA, which you know doesn't have one. I can't seem to flash a new rom because the pc can't read the device probably because it can't install all the drivers. Any help at all would be grateful.
