I'm not sure if anyone else has installed the YouTube app that let's you watch 1440 UHD videos on your Nexus. But if not I highly recommend it. It's amazing.

Thanks for the info, but im confused.

My Nexus 6 has a YouTube version that supports 1440p out of the box, so why do we need what looks like an older version installed?

My YouTube version is 6.0.13. which you can just select the res if its not set to auto.
