app&widget removed

.. on rooted desire (stock rom) some apps like go sms and widgets like 3g watchdog and digi clock are removed for some reason after phone is rebooted, does anyone had some problems like that? .. I noticed, when re-installed go sms, all sms and settings is back again, but before that go sms was removed, says titanium backup and app stock app manager, widgets just are no longer under widget-add to home

I found that happening with some widgets when I moved the apps to my SD card. When I moved them back to internal memory I again was able to find the widgets listed.
