Help App wise mobile data usage not calculated properly

Hi,
I am unable to see any data usage (app wise) on my phone (Android 4.1.2) [Setting >> Data Usage >> Mobile]. However, I am able to see the same on the Wi Fi tab.

I have 3GWatchDog app for counting total data usage which is quite accurate.
I installed Onavo, My Data Manager for app wise data usage, but these apps are also not showing any data usage.

Can someone help me to get app wise data usage?
