[App] YourFit: tracking weight and body tool

our app YourFit to track weight and body measurements.

It’s useful to track not only your weight, but also different body measurements.

This idea is based on my personal experience or of our friends and other people:
For example, a great scenario: to be in a better fitness form, we do a lot of sport and our weight remains stable, but our body measurements change. It’s difficult to notice these great results by tracking the weight only.
Or another scenario: if we do not do sport, but because of bad way of eating we start storing fat in places we don't want.

Using our app to track all these measurements will help you to follow your body changement.

Track your measurements in a graphic way: In the Menu Graphic, you can choose whatever graphic you want (neck, chest, under-chest, waist, hips, legs, calves). The arm measurements are coming soon.

To track your weight, use the graph, compare your graphic to ideal (how your weight should change in the progressive way). The calculation of the ideal graph is based on your current weight, goal weight, and the pounds (or kg) that you want to lose weekly.

At last, use our YourFit calculator app to check different body ratios, like waist to thighs, waist to height, and waist to hips ratios. Body ratios give a much better picture of body fitness than just weight alone.
