AppBrain "Cancel Install"

SJMarty

Newbie
In the AppBrain app, all of my apps show the correct status in the main list. If I create another list and add an app to it, it shows "Cancel Install" for the status. I didn't try to install the app - I just added it to a list. Shouldn't it say "Install" instead?

I assume that's on a PC. On the phone once you sync those should say install. If you "cancel install" then they won't show up to install on your phone.

Sorry, I should have been clearer. This is the AppBrain web site in a browser on a PC. I have a few lists I created. My "main" list is the one that reflects what's installed on the phone. And yes, if I add an app to that list, it shows up on the phone as a pending item to install on the next sync.

The problem I'm having is with any *other* list I create. If I create a list called "Test" and add an app to it, the app will show "Cancel Install" for a status. The "Test" list isn't pushing to the phone.

Does that make more sense?

Yeah, I have a list called "Stored apps" and they all say cancel install... I guess they assume you saved them because you may want to install them someday. I don't think they'll install automatically on anything.
