Perhaps, but this is Apple and Google, not Apple and Samsung.

I dont expect thing to play nice. And it's between Apple and Google because of what happened with Samsung. Google, I believe is working on Samsung's behalf, because Google threatened an import ban against Apple, and is fighting back against Apple. I suspect these talks are more along the lines of, "drop all lawsuits and we will do the same."
