Not trying to be a jerk, but if someone says pay VIA paypal gift and you don't recieve the item you CANNOT file a dispute. And your money will be gone.

Best bet is to pay $5 more than what he asks, that way he gets all the money he wants, and you have the insurance of getting your money back.
