I have been trying to use Apple Music on my Pixel 2 but I can't get past the login. Anyone else having this issue?

Don't have a Pixel 2, but FWIW Apple Music is playing OK for me at the moment on my Oppo in China. It's logged-in on my existing Apple ID.
