apple not sued pram makers yet?

Was in a local pram store earlier and saw a buggy called imove and there it's another brand name called icandy, who's icon is very similar in shape to am apple!

We also have all kinds of apples for teachers. Some use apples in the same shape as the Apple logo. That might create an outcry as an apple for the teacher originated well before Steve Jobs was born.

I also did a bit of research, the Icandy range, came out in 2005.

2 years prior to apple, so they are bound to be next on the list......

The ipod was released in 2001, but it looks like the first i* was the iMac G3 released in 1998.

When it comes to the orthography of using lowercase in inappropriate places, author E.E. Cummings (1894-1962) has prior art. That means that Apple doesn't have a legal leg to stand on when it comes to ownership of lowercase letters.

When it comes to the word pram, all pram makers have prior art that they can use to go after Apple for using the word without their permission.
