Hi

Hi there. Welcome to the Phandroid community. My friend is going to school for ICT. Let us know if you need anything.

Android is an unknown quantity to me as I have had little exposure to it. I am a huge Linux fan and like the system security that Android offers. It is the way in which it deals with data, combined with the avalanche of malware, that frightens me.

iOS had its own security issues such as SSL in iOS6 plugged by 7 and then the most recent "open access to data" that required 7.06 to close the door to intruders.

I have the idea that a savvy user who does not download and install every cool app or widget, should be safe(r) and then there is Bitdefender to help keep the villains out.

My continent is badly serviced by broadband. It is either insanely expensive or non-existent, or both.

Being a cyber agnostic, I am not into brands and labels. Local sync and office functionality are what I need most.
