But TBH I long ago reached the "a plague on both your houses" stage with them. Both of them copy others, both call it "innovation" when they do it, and both have been hyping-up incremental steps in their actual products while enriching lawyers to no purpose. If someone will just give Judge Koh the authority to fine them each $10bn for wasting everyone's time and tell them that's an end to it then I'll be happy.
