Hmmm, no, that's not it. :p

Apple Watch is the only smart-watch I've actually seen for myself so far, that and the cheap Chinese ones that often include a phone as well, i.e. they take a SIM. Don't think Samsung, Sony, Moto etc. are really selling that many here in China.

My Nexus 6 has been called an iPhone 6+ before. GRRRRR

EDIT: I should be used to this by now. I owned a Pontiac Firebird and people would say "NICE CAMARO, DUDE!"

Shouldn't worry about it, my father calls any tablet an "iPad", including is own Samsung Tab, and any MP3 player is an "iPod", any vacuum cleaner is a "Hoover" etc....sure there's for many people, any smart-phone is an "iPhone". Danger of being the most well-known, your trademarks become genericized. LOL

Sure the Apple Watch and other smart-watches are bound to be referred to as "iWatch".

Now that I think about it from askance, has Apple released anything spectacular since the loss off Steve Jobs? The iPhone 6, which is just a ginormous smartphone, but what else?

Took me a while, but...

Apple sales set to slump in 2016 with no new products, analysts warn

AFTER a year of big Apple releases, analysts are predicting a flat 2016 where the world’s biggest tech company refines product lines rather than produces the next big thing.

Apple’s share price has taken a battering in the past six months, with more than $220 billion slashed from the company’s value as analysts look towards an era of smartphone saturation.

I get the same thing with my Huawei Watch. "Wow, is that an Apple Watch?"

I saw a large and glitzy, street promotion for Huawei Watch this weekend, with hands-on demonstrations, glamorous models wearing them, enormous LED video screens, etc. But they were definitely a China version though, with Baidu running the on-line service and not Google, Wechat was pre-loaded as well.
