Application can not lunch after installation on Android 10

I bought new Tablet 8" from China with Android 10. I installet aplication - apk, got icon on a screen but when tried to lunch - nothing happend. I got a log for that. may be you can explain me what is wrong -my tablet or android version and is it possible to fix. about application I have installed - it works on Android from Version 7 to 11-from manufacturer.

The app may not work with your new tablet device, especially screen density. I think you'd better contact the developer of that apk to confirm.
