While viewing the App list and seeing your tabs at the top, tap Edit (lower right of screen). The apps will all get a Settings icon beside them. (Tapping that Settings icon gives you an opportunity to hide bloatware)
Long tap an App you want to move into a group and drag it over the folder you wish to place it and drop it. If you have more Group tabs than can be displayed across the top, drag and hold over a tab and a small image of all tabs will appear, just drop it in the appropriate group.
After you're finished tap Done (lower right where the Edit button was).
