I need help installing .apk non market app on galaxy tab 2.0 7"

I have enable non-market app installation in setting but still not working.

Hi and Welcome

Try turning on usb debugging in settings developer options and turn off auto brightness in any app that provides it ( there is a bug in auto brightness that prevents sideloading)
