Application recording calls

My phone is damaged and it cannot be fixed in INDIA as it imported phone. I have some important application recording calls and cannot transfer to PC as well.
Not sure how to collect it please advice

You could record phone calls? Which country is that phone from?

Are application calls a developer thing?
