Application to view videos?

I have an android t-mobile my touch slide 3G cell phone and I am trying to view these videos on a website and It says my phone cant view them?
The owner of the site sent me this email
Our video's are standard MPEG4 in either a MP4/M4V or MOV container. Unfortunately I cannot provide support for your phone. I'd suggest looking in the marketplace for an alternative browser or app that might play these formats. There are numerous Android support forums on the net you might seek some out and post there.

Can anyone help on what application to download to my phone and steps on how to download it?

Brian, since you want to watch them on a site, an app like mobo, may not work...try Dolphin HD...make sure to have it in desktop mode
