I have picked up the PicSay Application in an attempt to clean up the horrible pics taken by the G1. It does alright with contract and brightness, but it focuses on added cute balloons and stars instead of the pic itself.
Does anyone know of a better app out there for cropping, cleaning, and enhancing photos?
Also is there a way to increase and decrease the quality of pic taken?
