Help applications not compatible

I have just got a Galaxy Ace GT-S5830i and am trying to download and install some music applications such as Realplayer beta from the googleplay store, but when trying to select my phone, the option is greyed out and it says it is not compatible.
I have also tried to download Google Play Music and Mixzing, but the same thing happens with them, but I have successfully downloaded Winamp.

What is causing this? My wife has also has a Galaxy Ace, but her model is the GT-S5830 (no 'i' on the end) and she has no problems.

My android version is 2.3.6
Baseband verseion - S5830iXXLB1
Kernel version - 2.6.35.7
Build number - GINGERBREAD.XXLB1
