Apply theme

Hello, I have just downloaded win 7 theme ( Windows 7 AV GO Theme 1.4 theme for Android_Android Themes,Free Android themes,Free Android themes download), and I dont know how to use it. If I just try to open it I get error message. And I do have go launcher ex.

if u download from computer, save the folder in your internal phone, agter then just klik apk fail for install..
