Apps can't see 3G connection, no problems on wi-fi

Hi all,

I have an issue with my HTC Desire.

When I'm connected to the Internet through 3G, web browsing using the bult-in Android browser works fine, but none of the other applications (tried Google Maps and Opera Mini) cannot access the Internet and show error messages like "data connection lost", or similar. But web browsing works fine.

When I'm connected to the Internet using my wi-fi network at home, everything works fine - both web browsing and applications that need the Internet connection.

Does anyone have any idea where could the problem be, please?

My service provider is Orange in Slovakia.

Okay, it was an incorrect data account settings. Here's a correct one (in Slovak) if anyone has the same problem:
