Apps disappear and new apps

I have a ZTE Max pro. It has acted strange like it as been Hacked.  Somehow I have missing apps. I also see some apps that I never installed. Any ideas?
 
Is your sd card set up as internal/adoptable storage?

Are the apps disappearing after doing an update in the play store?

Are you using any task killer, battery saving apps, or any apps by Cheetah Mobile? (For the apps appearing that u never installed)
