Apps disappeared

[Android Question]

I have (or had) a rooted samsung galaxy ace s5830i. After i created an extra partition with Minitool Partition Wizard, some of my apps like Google Search, Playstore, Maps, Superuser, etc disappeared from my device. When i now try to download apps from Playstore on the internet, it does not seem to work. Any ideas?
