Apps do not work - nube

hoader

Lurker
I am a nube to android and am having a lot of difficulty with it. I was hoping downloading the app “how to use audio jelly free” from http://www.instructomondo.com/index.php/app/ would help. The download seemed to go fine but the app will not run. It is a Kocaso M752H tablet running Android jelly bean 4.2. The icon for your app is on the home desktop. Touch the icon and the message “Unfortunately, How to use has stopped.” 2 choices is report and ok. Ok takes me back home. Report takes me to another message – “Unfortunately, Google play store has stopped.” What is going on? What other info do you need? Navigating around searching for commands and settings is not working for me.
Thanks hoader

Be careful installing apps from anywhere but reputable sources (google play, amazon app store etc). They may be malicious or just poor quality & badly written.

I recommend that you uninstall that app via system settings >applications. While you are at it clear data & cash for Google play.

The best way to learn about Android is on forums lime this. Locate the correct sub-forum for your tablet to ask device specific questions or ask within this sub-forum about apps. Everyone here is very friendly & there's a wealth of knowledge among the regulars.

I deleted all apps I had loaded. It crashes less often but still a pain. It hangs up for a few minutes then several apps (maps, keyboard, chrome, and a system thing) and sometimes the screen goes dark for several minutes then I either get the home screen or have to restart the tablet.
This seems like a tip of the iceburg; I have trouble navigating, trying to figure what apps are running. Things are crashing that I have never used like maps. I also couldn't delete hat app.
Thanks headed.

Sounds like could be the tablet itself has problems and is unstable, given that different things are crashing all the time. Was it behaving like this from new? If so would be best to RMA it under warranty for repair or replacement.
