Apps don't work on Mobile Data

Hello Group Member,

From last 10 month I'm really frustrated with my phone. The phone is good, but Most of my apps don't work on mobile data. Only Apps which work on mobile data are Gmail, whatApp,Instagram, Chorme. And all the other apps won't work on data pack. I always need Wi-Fi connection to work with them. I tried every thing from cleaning cache to remove app and even try reset my phone. Please help me if any one have solution for it. Thank in advance.

Take it to your carrier and tell them the issue.

Check that the cellular data isn't blocked for the particular apps that are not working, should find it under app permissions in the settings somewhere. Are you using any security apps, that maybe blocking them?

It might also be advisable to check your APN settings for your network/carrier. They should be able to tell you what they're supposed to be.

If there's a 'Network settings reset' option in your phone's Settings >> Wireless & networks menu, you might want to try that. Just keep in mind this will reset all your phone's networking features -- WiFi, cellular, Bluetooth -- so things like saved WiFi networks, paired Bluetooth entries, and more all get reset to their defaults.
