Help Apps I installed are showing up twice ?

I installed a few apps and when I look in the app browser, I see the icon TWICE ?

I can't seem to delete them as the application manager shows it only once.

Is there a way to JUST DELETE the ICON only ?

I've had that happen, but actually had the app installed twice. Where did you install the apps from ? Market, SD Card, Titanium Backup, etc.
