Apps I Need to Work on 'droid'

Coming from a Touch Pro (Windows Mobile) and would like to have the following work for me:

1) Security Camera software... NEW Firmware for Demo Site

2) Sync my Lotus Organizer 6.0 PIM information.

Any suggestions appreciated...keep it clean
