apps in different countries?

Hi im new by the way Now heres the thing, i was looking around on apps, and the computer and found this little opp to view scott pilgrim comics in a unique way, Scott Pilgrim's Precious Little App for iPhone, Android, iPod touch and iPad here it is if your unfamiliar with it, now the thing is i live in norway, so it isnt availible in my country, but im going to the netherlands soon to visit my sister, where the app is availible, but heres the question, if i am with the dutch borders, will i be able to buy it, even if im using a norwegian account, and a norwegian gmail? Is it possible to buy apps in different countries not normally availible here at all?

install "market enabler" on your phone and when you open it you simply have to tap settings list then long press [us]verizon and select "fake this provider now" now. that should make it show up on your phone in the market in norway.
