Apps keeps crashing after upgrading to orea

Hello.

I just upgrade my android to oreo this morning.
But, after i restart my phone, some application keep crashing (Steam, Games, etc)

Even i cant use my Gmail, it keeps crashing too.

Help ??

Go into >Settings< then Google Play Store and Clear data and cashe. This will refresh the play store apps and you maybe required to sign back into your Google account. Now at that point if it applied to you, your Google Play Store apps should show updates for all the apps you're having issues with. Note this doesn't take effect immediately because it takes a little time for everything to run through the system.

Major version upgrades sometimes will need a factory reset to clear all the problematic files. That would be your last option if what @KBU2 suggested doesn't work.

I think it might be a bad flash. Update it using Android system webview. from play store.
