I had an issue with reboot on my tablet ubislate 7cz 7 inch display android jelly bean. I googled it and i found that wiping cache partition will help and i wiped cache partition and the tab booted correctly but most of my apps were not working when i open them it says it has been stopped working. I tried to factory reset but it says " ## childpid process encounter problems : Operation not permitted " Please help me guys. Thanks in advance.

Apps not working after wiping cache partition

The system cache partition only relates to the base Android operating system, it has nothing to do with apps in general, nor is in any way linked to app caches. And it's just a cache, so it consists of nothing of any critical value. You might have selected the 'wipe data/factory reset' option instead of the 'wipe cache partition' option by accident. That would account for not being able to access a lot of your apps as only the default ones that came with your tablet would remain after a Factory Reset.
No, i had every single app that i installed and after i try to do factory reset and default apps came up and old ones were there itself. And i also could not access the default apps too. Thanks in advance.
