APPS on memeory card

I am having xperia Sola, I have a huge contact list of @ 2600 and sms @ 4000, and i want to keep my memory free. How can we install the contact / sms as well apps on the memory card

You might wanna try using an application called Astro File Manager. You can find this on the Play Store market.
