Apps Quitting

It seems 2 (that I know of) apps are closing on their own at random intervals and almost always upon reboot

They are beautiful widgets and Battery Notifier. Just in the status bar area.

Could someone help a rookie out

I noticed this is happening when I close all recent applications. Now I saw the warning about "you don't know what will happen if you do this" but it never did it on other phones. Does OnePlus handle that setting differently? Is there a way to exclude those apps from that?

It's buggy and requires OnePlus to fix and update?
