I have a Samsung Smart TV 32 in the wireless keyboard they sell is not compatible with the 32 in Smart TV, which in turn makes everything more complex. So at this point i am looking for a remote mouse app that is compatible with the Kindle/Adriod OA or and Iphone 4 or 5 or a Powerbook Pro Mac LP.
 
Hi, welcome to Android Forums, I'm sorry it's taken so long to get back to you.

Any mouse and keyboard that has Bluetooth will work for those devices. Logitech has a couple of different options I bought a Logitech keyboard for my tablet, but don't limit yourself just because I said so.
