Apps remover does not work properly on tablet

On my android phone, when i drag an app in the top of the screen i have two options, one to delete the icon from the screen and another one to delete the whole app from my phone.
On my android tablet i do not have an option to delete the whole app by drag it on top of the screen. It just deletes the icon. I have to go in the settings if i want to delete the whole app.
Is there any option to fix this so i can delete the apps by drag them?

I am a little newbie with android. Do i have to download and install nova from the store or it's preinstalled somewhere in the options?

Edit: I find it. Thank you for the help. Nova works fine.

I think you'll find a lot more to like about Nova once you get into it. :thumbsupdroid:
Or not! *gasp* *shock* *fainting*

For me, Nova can't beat ADW. I've been using its ADWLauncher 1 EX (paid version) forever. It hasn't been updated in awhile, but there's nothing I want that isn't there.

There is the newer ADW Launcher 2, but I've felt no need to switch, or even try it.

And, come on, as a KDE Linux person, I'm known for my love of infinite (near-infinite?) customization possibilities so, really, ADW fills that need. :D

My advice is to research and try multiple launchers, then stick with the one that best suits you.

I had settled on Apex but when Android updated to Nougat, I lost my transparent dock with Apex so I switched to Nova. Apex did update eventually but I've never found a reason to switch back. Back in the day I used ADW but I haven't looked at it in a long time.

If it will make me coffee, I'm there! :D

Yeah...no...I don't think coffee is on its menu--but just about everything else is!

Why not take it for a spin? As noted, I haven't tried its '2' version, but that's what I'd suggest if you're going to give it a whirl. Just take a look at its LONG list of features [on its Play page] for an idea of what it can do.
