"Apps" shortcut/icon

Just wonder whether there is an application (or simply by setting) that can create an "Apps" shortcut/icon on the phone home screen (as the attached image shows) which is mistakenly deleted/removed by the user.

Thanks for your help in advance. :D

The steps to add an App Drawer might be different depending on your launcher, with Nova Launcher you:

1. Long press the Home Screen
2. Tap Widgets
3. Long press Nova Action widget and move to where you want it
4. Tap App Drawer
