Help Apps showing as installing and draining battery

Since running the most recent Oreo security update I've had two apps that I have not tried to install showing as installing in my list of apps at all times (see attachment) . It also seems to be running down my battery constantly as it only lasts for a few hours now even on standby.

Any ideas how to fix this without doing a reset?
