Apps Unavailable in UK?I

Recently got my htc legend - have looked online for good apps and seen a few i wanted, but searching for them in the market reveals nothing

2 of these for example were barcode scanner and google goggles.

Any idea why they wont show up?

Some apps are made for Android version 2.0 or higher and if you have a handset running older version than those apps require (the developer's choice) you will not see them in the Market.

If you desperately need them, you can ask someone to download them for you from the Market or you can search for the *.APK files on the internet and put in your SD card and install from there.

I'm on 2.1 though - so don't understand why

Don't know either. They show up for me.

Have you set your locale?

You should have them as I have them on my Desire.
