Help Apps will not work on phones on home wifi ONLY

So have several phones (S7s & S5) where the Netflix app, Pandora app, HomeDepot app, Amazon app & several others will not work while on wifi at home ONLY. Apps work fine on cellular data at home. Apps work fine on other wifi networks. They just won't work ON THE HOME WIFI! Ugh. All other wifi stuff (browsing web etc) works just fine on home network.

Thoughts?

Did a factory reset on both modem and router. No joy.

So if it's only happening on this one WiFi network, and you've already tried resetting the router. It could be the router or modem has an actual problem then.

Do you have another WiFi router you could try? If it's possibly a bug with it, see if there's a manufacturer firmware update for it. Same thing for the modem(cable or DSL or fibre, etc.) as well, if that is separate from the WiFi router.
