Had to go out and buy a new phone.
Old phone Samsung Galaxy J7 Sky
New phone Samsung Galaxy J7 Crown
There are 2 apps which I use to process transactions. I log in with my credentials to the Play Store and select the apps. Screen tells me they're already installed. They're not.
I click the button which says they're installed. It takes me to a screen which says they will download "soon".
Well soon has come and gone by a long shot.
What do I need to do?
