If you have a GOOGLE account, ensure that you're logged-in on both your phone & desktop.
Then visit the GOOGLE PLAY STORE on your desktop, search & select the applications that you're interested in. You'll see an INSTALL button, click on it & the app(s) will download to your phone immediately.
You don't have to be plugged-in to your computer to do this.The apps will download to your phone via your WI-FI/Data connection on your phone.
