Appscribe... a subscription-based service for Android Games & Apps

Gigolo Joe

Newbie
Just wanted to let people know about a new service called Appscribe. We are a subscription-based Android service that will allow users to have unlimited access to over 30 full "Paid version" games & apps for a low monthly cost. We have some great games involved already like Roboto HD, Highborn, Quell, Farm Frenzy, Zixxby, Art of War 2 and Drisk just to name a few. We are currently bringing in apps and have added Solo, Paper Camera, HDR Camera +, and Ultimate Checklist over the past week.

Our catalog will not get stale either; we are releasing 1-2 new games or apps per week in our "App of the week" feature. Our first release was Paper Camera which was added yesterday, and we already have games & apps ready to go through the end of the year. We also plan on bringing in new games & apps in batches as well as our user base grows.

We just opened last week and are running a special. You can try us out with a free 3-day trial or if you want to make the leap and join we're giving the next 1,000 users to sign up a discounted rate of $1.95 for the first month. Normally the service is $3.95 per month for the basic subscription.

Just trying to spread the word and let people know about the service and the specials. There are other similar services out there, but we are live and open for business... and we are adding new material weekly.

If you have any questions feel free to ask, and I'd be happy to answer them :D

AppScribe - The premier Android App Subscription Service

I think I'm misreading this so please clarify if you can. If we subscribe we have unlimited access to said apps, right? Meaning if I'm a subscriber I can theoretically download all 30 apps and have unlimited access for as long as I pay my fee?

You are correct. You get access to everything we have and can play anything and everything with unlimited usage as long as your a subscriber. We have slots setup on our end of things so we can monitor app usage (and only that app usage) and pay our dev's accordingly. In a nutshell, you just pick the game you want from within our "Appscribe" app, install and start playing.

I just added "Bugged" to our catalog yesterday (will be up in a few days), and are working to close out a deal with a big developer that will give us a batch of 10 new games from them.

These apps are DRM'd somehow I take it? So if I subscribe today, download all 30 apps and cancel my subscription tomorrow those apps don't work any more?

Correct, if you download any of our apps and cancel your subscription 5 minutes or 5 weeks later the apps will be rendered dead on your device.

Meant to update this sooner, but was out of town for a few days. We added Walkabout to the catalog Monday as our "App of the Week" and have also added 9 games from Handygames to the service today as well. More to come next week! :D
