Help Arc s on Three UK internet freezes..

Im having problems with my arc s on Three UK.. The data connection (internet) keeps freezing everytime I want to use it causing me to reset the connection.. It's getting quite annoying now. Iv had a replacement handset but the same thing is happening. Three don't seem to know what the problem is either..

the 3 signal seems to be not much good indoors n downstairs, thou that mite not be wot u referred to. can u elaborate

Can you stick another sim in the phone and see if it's a problem with the network or the phone? I'm on Vodafone and don't have this issue.
