Archos 70 problem

Hi My name is Jon ,
I have been using computers for quite a while (( my first was a ZX80)) but I am not an expert and dont understand all the jargon .I have a Touchpad ii and an Archos 70 internet tablet .
I like both for different reasons .
The Archos 70 locked up so I did a reset and when it rebooted some of the functions were not there .
The one I miss most is the Ereader .
I dont seem to get much help from the Archos page so I'm hoping someone on here can give me some advice.
Is where any way I can download the original operating system

I'm afraid I can't offer you any help in relation to your Archos however, if you try in ARCHOS 70 - Android Forums, you should get an answer from other users of the same device.
