I had an issue with my new Archos Platinum 97 HD last week.
Very laggy and non responsive.
After 3 factory resets, and getting rid of the high resolution settings as suggested, nothing much has changed.
Archos keep sending me a scripted response saying I should reset the tablet.
Some friend have suggested going down the rom/ rooting route.
That's too complicated for me.
It's running 4.1.1. The system update says it's up to date.
It's a great bit of kit........ if it worked properly !!
Any advice would be very welcome before I see if Archos will replace the device.
