Are there any apps that stream TV audio only?

I like to occasionally listen to TV while on the go. No need to watch, just listen. Plus, its a whole lot less data consumption. Are there any apps that perform this?

For radio, I found TuneIn Radio, which I like a lot.

Perhaps you'd have better luck posting in the Applications forum, so you aren't limiting yourself to only Aria users. I don't know of any such app.
