are there dual sim standby gsm + cdma available?

Hi Guys,

I am looking for dual sim & dual standby gsm + cdma android smartphone.

My criteria would be:

• affordable price (reasonable)
• Like i said above, both gsm & cdma active at the same time
• I dont care about the brand name and the origin as long as its genuine brand
• at least Jelly bean
• at least dual core
• would be great if its at least standard such as 3g in GSM (I dunno the equivalent in CDMA), but would even be better if it is 4g ready / support 4g

There are a few dual mode, dual SIM available, all Chinese.

@puddy, location wont be a problem, i hv friends in the USA and they come to Europe around every 2 months.
