Help Are there enough android tablet apps?

I'm thinking about getting the galaxy tab s. The only thing holding me back is, are there enough apparently that are optimized and look good for it? Is spotify optimized for it? Are there emulators that work with the tab s?(I like to relive the snes days) if there arent apps that look good enough for it. I'll go with the iPad mini.

There are lots of app for android tablets on amazon appstore.

And you may visit amazon web, select Department -> Appstore for android -> Apps & Games.
Then refine by device type and any other conditions to have a browse prior to install amazon appstore.

As I know, you will get a AVD Manager and SDK Manager if you install Android SDK Tools. In AVD Manager, you can create emultors for tablets.
